Elephant Drive is a cloud storage company offering backup, storage and data management products. Over the last 5 years, a growth in service offerings had resulted in a convoluted navigation and overall disjointed experience, utterly based on a back-end development mental model.   

By analyzing the old structure, assessing the cognitive load challenges it posed, and studying the many use cases required per sub-product, I was able to design a new information architecture to be compatible with the mental model of users.
